Start with the guest of honor: a favorite color, a shared hobby, or a table of photos can shape the celebration. The gallery includes a themed birthday gathering with card tables and casino-inspired décor, alongside balloon backdrops and dining layouts that can inspire your own plans.
Decide where guests will eat, where gifts and cake will go, and whether you want a separate area for games or photos. Share those plans with us so we can help confirm a workable arrangement. Decorations and activities shown in past event photos are inspiration; they are not automatically included in your rental.

Plan the meal, cake, and cleanup before guests arrive
The Party Package provides four event hours plus two additional hours for setup and cleanup. Use that time to place decorations, organize food service, and restore the agreed furniture layout afterward. Confirm how you will divide setup and cleanup time before the event.
Catering is arranged separately. Start with our preferred vendors or discuss another provider with us before signing a contract. If you would like alcohol at an adult birthday celebration, request Chapel Hill Venue bar service; BYOB is not permitted. Tell us about any planned entertainment or equipment so we can review the setup with you.

Can we decorate for a birthday theme?
Plan your backdrop, table decorations, and gift or cake area around your theme, then confirm the setup and any installation needs with us. Event photos show previous hosts’ arrangements; décor is not automatically included.
Are games or entertainment included?
Venue rental provides the setting for your party. Do not assume games, entertainers, or equipment pictured in the gallery are included. Tell us what you want to arrange so we can confirm what works at the property.
How much time do we have for a birthday party?
The Party Package includes four event hours and two additional hours for setup and cleanup. Extra time is $50 per hour when available, and a $50 cleaning fee applies.
