Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, estimated budget, preferred event month, and message. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and discuss the event you requested.

Error monitoring

Sentry helps us identify technical errors that may prevent the website or booking experience from working correctly. We have disabled collection of form contents, user information, cookies, HTTP bodies and headers, and URL query parameters. Diagnostic reports may include the page path, browser or device type, application release, and technical error details.

Booking

The booking form requests contact, event, and reservation details needed to review your date. The request is securely relayed to our existing WordPress Booking Calendar system. No card information or payment is collected through this form; invoices are sent separately through Square.

Website analytics

On the production Chapel Hill Venue domain, Google Analytics helps us understand visits and interactions such as booking, telephone, email, map, and package-link clicks. Google Analytics may use browser identifiers or cookies for measurement. Analytics does not load on the CloudFront quality-assurance preview domain.

Service providers

Amazon Web Services delivers the website and its inquiry service. Google provides website analytics. Sentry provides technical error monitoring. The existing WordPress service processes booking requests. These providers process information for their respective services.
