Choose the rental time that fits your event at Chapel Hill Venue in Ashtabula, Ohio. Every package includes exclusive use of our five-acre property with rolling hills during your rental. These are starting venue rates; your date, extra time, and additional services determine the confirmed total.

Beyond The Starting Price
Venue rental is one part of planning your day. Review the time and services you need before committing to vendors or sending invitations.
Party rentals are $349 Monday–Thursday, $499 Friday–Sunday in September–May, or $599 Friday–Sunday in June–August, plus a $50 cleaning fee: $399, $549, or $649 before additional services. Weddings are $1,199 September–May or $1,299 June–August, plus a $100 cleaning fee: $1,299 or $1,399 before bar service and other additions. If alcohol is served at a wedding, a $100 bar fee also applies; drinks or bar packages are separate. Guests remain responsible for cleanup and returning furniture to the agreed layout.
The Party Package includes four event hours plus two additional hours for setup and cleanup. Extra venue time is $50 per hour when available. Confirm your arrival and departure schedule with us.
Catering is booked separately. Explore our preferred caterers and décor providers or discuss another caterer before signing a contract. Alcohol is available through Chapel Hill Venue bar service only; BYOB is not permitted. Cash bar and prepaid bar arrangements are priced separately.
Tables are included: nine 32-inch round tables and fourteen 30-by-30-inch square tables. Linens, decorations, entertainment, and items pictured in past event setups are not automatically included. Confirm what you need for your event.

Choose Your Schedule
The One-Day Wedding Package gives you all-day access on weekdays or weekends, including Fridays and Saturdays. Booking two days is optional. The Two-Day Wedding Package provides two consecutive days, on any days of the week, with the first day for rehearsal, decorating, and setup and the second for the ceremony and reception.
Two-day venue rental is $1,999 year-round, including June–August. One $100 cleaning fee applies per rental, plus one $100 wedding bar fee if alcohol is served. Drinks and other services are separate.
If you plan a rehearsal dinner during the first day, tell us so we can confirm timing. Food and bar service remain separate. A standalone rehearsal dinner uses the Party Package at $349 Monday–Thursday or $499 Friday–Sunday ($599 in June–August), plus the cleaning fee.
