A photo table, a guest book, or messages from colleagues can help tell the story of a working life. Our gallery includes a blue, gold, and white retirement balloon display from a previous celebration. Use it as inspiration for your own colors and details; decorations are arranged separately from the venue rental.
Plan where guests will eat, where cards and gifts will go, and how you want to gather for toasts or stories. If your plans include a slideshow, microphone, or other equipment, discuss those needs with us before booking so you know what to arrange.

Coordinate the meal, guest list, and rental time
The Party Package includes four event hours and two additional hours for setup and cleanup. Share your preferred arrival time and plans for food delivery, decorating, and packing up. Extra time may be available at $50 per hour.
Catering is booked separately. Start with our preferred vendors or discuss another provider with us before signing a contract. For a celebration with alcohol, request Chapel Hill Venue bar service; BYOB is not permitted. Indoor capacity is 100, so confirm the guest count and layout before sending invitations.
