A display table gives guests a place to enjoy school photos, achievements, and favorite memories. Previous graduation setups at Chapel Hill have used the fireside room for personal displays and the bright dining space for guest tables, with balloon arches and centerpieces tying the colors together.
Choose a few focal points rather than filling every surface: a welcome display, a food area, and a spot for photos can give the event a clear flow. Use our gallery as inspiration and confirm your layout with us. The displays, balloons, and floral arrangements in the photos were prepared for those events and are not included by default.

Plan for arrivals throughout your graduation open house
For an open house, think about how many people may be present at the busiest point, not just the total invitations. Indoor capacity is 100. Larger events require a tented outdoor setup in warm-weather months, with additional fees and arrangements confirmed before booking.
The Party Package includes four event hours plus two hours for setup and cleanup. Allow time for decorating and food preparation before the first arrivals, then for packing displays and returning furniture afterward. Share the on-site parking map with guests; street parking on Austinburg Road is not permitted. Catering is booked separately, so confirm food-service timing with your provider.

Can we host a graduation open house?
Yes. Select Graduation or Open House in the booking request and describe your arrival window and expected peak guest count. We will review the schedule and layout before confirming.
Can we use school colors and photo displays?
Plan your own school-color decorations, photos, and keepsakes, then confirm their placement and setup needs with us. Our graduation gallery includes examples of display tables, centerpieces, and balloon arrangements.
Does outdoor space increase winter capacity?
Larger events require a tented outdoor setup during warm-weather months. Plan around the 100-person indoor capacity for an indoor event and discuss any larger gathering with us before making commitments.
