A standalone rehearsal dinner starts with the Party Package: four hours of event time and two additional hours for setup and cleanup. Arrange the guest tables around your group and leave space for food service, greetings, and any welcome display you plan to bring.
Catering and bar service are separate from venue rental. Contact a preferred caterer or discuss another provider with us before signing a contract. Alcohol must be supplied through Chapel Hill Venue bar service, with cash or prepaid options confirmed in advance. BYOB is not permitted.

Coordinate the rehearsal, dinner, and next day’s setup
The Two-Day Wedding Package includes any two consecutive available days. The first day provides venue access for rehearsal, decorating, and setup; the second is for your ceremony and reception. Tell us if you also want to host dinner on the first day so we can confirm timing.
Think through which tables and decorations you will need for dinner and which should stay ready for the wedding. Confirm arrival, catering access, cleanup, and the transition between the two layouts before the weekend. The package provides venue time; it does not include meals or bar service.

Rehearsal Dinners questions
Can we book only the rehearsal dinner?
Yes. A standalone rehearsal dinner is $349 Monday–Thursday or $499 Friday–Sunday ($599 in June–August) for four event hours, plus two hours for setup and cleanup. A $50 cleaning fee applies. Extra time is $50 per hour when available; catering and bar service are separate.
Is dinner included in the Two-Day Wedding Package?
The package includes first-day venue access for rehearsal, decorating, and setup. Tell us if you plan to host dinner so we can confirm the schedule. Food and bar service are arranged separately.
Can we leave the room arranged for the wedding?
Discuss your dinner and wedding layouts together when planning a two-day rental. We will confirm how the first day’s furniture, decorations, and cleanup should transition into the second day.
