Confirm your indoor guest count, catering, and bar plans
Plan winter gatherings around the 100-person indoor capacity. The larger-event tented outdoor option is for warm-weather months, so it should not be assumed for a winter party. Confirm your date and layout before sending invitations or committing to vendors.
The Party Package includes four event hours and two hours for setup and cleanup. Catering is arranged separately. If you want alcohol, ask about Chapel Hill Venue cash bar or prepaid bar service and confirm pricing in advance; BYOB is not permitted. Include food-service and cleanup timing in your schedule so the evening fits your rental.

Can we host a company holiday party?
Yes. Choose Corporate or Community Event in the booking request and describe your holiday gathering, guest count, and preferred schedule. We will confirm the details and availability.
Are holiday decorations or dinner included?
Venue rental does not automatically include seasonal decorations, entertainment, or meals. Arrange catering separately and discuss your decorations and activities with us before the event.
How many guests can attend an indoor winter party?
Indoor capacity is 100. Larger events need a tented outdoor setup in warm-weather months, so plan winter parties within the indoor capacity and confirm the layout with us.
