The venue includes nine 32-inch round tables and fourteen 30-by-30-inch square tables. We’ll help you confirm a layout that fits your guest count and event plans.

Yes. Chapel Hill Venue is handicap accessible. If a guest needs a specific entry, seating arrangement, or arrival accommodation, note it in your booking request so we can plan with you.

We provide garbage bags, basic cleaning supplies, and a vacuum. Guests are responsible for cleanup and returning tables to the agreed layout before the rental ends.

Yes, with Chapel Hill Venue bar service. BYOB is not permitted. Choose a cash bar or prepaid bar package in the booking form and tell us your beer, liquor, soft drink, and water preferences. We’ll confirm availability and pricing before your event. Request bar service.

Catering is booked separately from venue rental. You can start with one of our preferred caterers or discuss another provider with us before signing a contract. View preferred vendors.

Parking is available in the designated on-site lot. Street parking on Austinburg Road is not permitted. Please share the parking map with guests and contact us in advance if you expect special arrival needs. View the parking map.

A stand-alone rehearsal dinner starts at $399 for four hours, with two additional hours included for setup and cleanup. Extra venue time is $50 per hour when available. The Weekend Wedding Package already includes first-day venue access for rehearsal, decorating, and setup; tell us if you plan to host dinner so we can confirm timing. Catering and bar service are separate.

Setup time depends on your package. The Party Package includes two additional hours for setup and cleanup, the Wedding Package provides all-day access, and the Weekend Wedding Package provides a full first day for rehearsal, decorating, and setup. Confirm your arrival time with us before the event.

Yes. We’ll help you confirm the layout for your event. Before the rental ends, please complete cleanup and return the furniture to the agreed layout.
